Simple mod that reduces the cooldown timers on chakram skills.

Reduces the cooldown timers of the four chakram skills in the game.
I modified Ashnal's source for his great Counter Cooldown reduction Mod which can be found here.
The Source for it can be found on Github.
Reductions:
- Chakram Pierce: 6 seconds > 2 seconds
- Chakram Arc: 12 seconds > 6 seconds
- Chakram Dance: 120 seconds > 60 seconds
Steps on how to install:
1) Download Partiality Launcher
2) Follow this Video
3) Once the mod folder has been created through the first launch and
selection of Outward.exe drop the unzipped and downloaded files into the mod folder
4) Open Partiality Launcher again and open the EXE again, tick the "ChakramCooldownReduction.dll" and Click Apply Mods
5) Enjoy the game!
