Reduces the cooldown timers of the four counter skills in the game.
Brace is still somewhat high because it grants Discipline.

Reductions:
- Brace: 200 seconds > 120 seconds
- Pommel Counter: 100 seconds > 30 seconds
- Serpent's Parry: 100 seconds > 30 seconds
- Counterstrike: 100 seconds > 30 seconds
Steps on how to install:
1) Download Partiality Launcher
2) Follow this Video, but use Outward.exe instead of WizardOfLegend.exe
3) Once the mod folder has been created through the first launch and
selection of Outward.exe drop the unzipped and downloaded files into the mod folder
4) Open Partiality Launcher again and open the EXE again, tick the "CounterCooldownReduction.dll" and Click Apply Mods
5) Enjoy the game!
