able to get it to work once now it refuses to link after I restarted the game edit : ok I might have figured it out the problem is minimap?? loading the game without minimap allows the stash to link then I can play further with minimap installed minimap just seems to prevent the files from being created in the first place but afterwards it updates normally edit 2 : picking up the recipe for the cierzo stash pack a second time has caused that stash to unlink edit 3 : restarting the game prevents the bags from linking forcing me to remove minimap and restart then quit and reinstall and reload
I have tested your mod quite extensively for the past 2 playthroughs. One bug I noticed is the Stash Packs get unlinked when doing the following:
Go back to main menu and load up the same character/
Go back to main menu, load up different character (uses Stash Packs as well), go back to the previous character.
Both cases I will not be able to connect to my Stash Pack again. All it says is unlinked. It even wiped my stash one time.
The only offending mod I think I have is Ultimate Backpack. Here's the log for your reference: https://gist.github.com/kmichailg/3478a00c6b636c1674dbe2156ffee7f9
FYI, I was able to restore my stash info by copying `CierzoNewTerrain.bak` into the latest save file that had me in Cierzo. Had to reboot the game as well. Bit of a hassle but I'm guessing there is something wrong with the saving of the .bak file. Might want to look into it?

For those that don't know, because the mod author didn't label this mod correctly, it requires the Soroborean DLC. I wish I'd known this before I downloaded it because then I wouldn't have been let down so hard :( !
Sorry you're having so much trouble. If you don't even see the packs in the Debug Item Spawner, then there's an issue somewhere with SideLoader. Likely either SideLoader isn't installed correctly, or StashPacks isn't in the right place.
Check and made sure you have the mod in a folder like this: Outward\BepInEx\plugins\ModifAmorphic-StashPacks There should be a SideLoader subfolder in there: Outward\BepInEx\plugins\ModifAmorphic-StashPacks\SideLoader
If that looks right, make sure SideLoader is installed correctly. You should be able to bring up the SideLoader menu in game after you set a keybinding under "Custom Keybindings". Another thing you could try is to just download a simple SideLoader item mod and see if that shows up in the Item Spawner.
Thanks for the help, I had both the SideLoader folder and StashPacks.dll as "Outward\BepInEx\Plugins\ModifAmorphic.Outward.StashPacks.dll" and "Outward\BepInEx\plugins\SideLoader" respectively. I made a "ModifAmorphic-StashPack" folder under plugins and moved them over, now it works.
I successfully added and used a "New Sirocco stash pack", but am still having trouble getting the Cierzo one working (it says *Unlinked*). I assume I'm doing something wrong, but haven't been able to figure out what yet. I've tried adding it with debug menu directly, and adding the recipe and ingredients through debug menu, then crafting it.
There's a couple things that could cause this, the first being if you're in the packs "home town" it won't work. So in this case, if you're in Cierzo then you need to use the actual stash not the Cierzo stash pack. This is just a technical limitation / hurdle that I may address at some point, but right now that's just kind of the way it works.
The second being you're not in a permanent area (a town). By default, the mod is configured to only work when in a town. Completely for balance reasons, but this can be changed in the settings with the "Enable StashPacks for All Scenes" setting.
I'm having the same problem, the stash worked for a couple times and just stop working, in town, outside, using different packs on a town, with the AllScenes option on or off, it still stays unlinked all the time!
I got this mod thought it be fun. Made a Boozu pack, can not for the life of me find the recipe to make it a stash pack. is it i just make a boozu pack then just drop it not in Harmattan? yes i have other mods on and working, yes im in mono.
The recipe is at the same vendor the Boozu pack recipe is sold at in Harmattan. All of the recipes are wherever the packs are found (or sold). If you just installed the mod, you may need to wait for the merchant's inventory to refresh. I don't think I added anything to force it to happen immediately.
I down two mods you made, none of which worked, Stash Packs and Extra QuickSlots. Any other MOD I could use, but these two didn't work at all, I ruled out all the issues and it didn't work, maybe these two mods were inherently flawed
Extra QuickSlots definitely works. Are you sure you're on the mono branch and the rest of the dependencies are in installed? Try installing a configuration manager. I think I may have had a bug where it was actually required even though it shouldn't have been.*
*Edit: This is still a bug. I have a version where I fixed it, but didn't release it yet. A Configuration manager is currently required. If you don't have BepInEx's or Mefino Outward Config Manager installed it won't work. Bug has been fixed in latest release.
Bit of a crazy idea, but I think could be interesting: what if there was a 'hard-mode' option/varient of this mod where items could only be sent one way?
I feel guilty being able to just retrieve item so easily...but just "shipping off" random loot like weapons would be awesome - but still maintain that tension of needing to manage supplies, hunt food ect.
There is an option to only enable it in towns. When I first started making it, linked stashes no longer worked. My goal was really just to make a replacement for linked stashes that worked in co-op. I agree though. It often feels kind of like cheating using it to retrieve items from anywhere without any drawbacks.
3. Are you using the "mono" version of the game? See Modding Branch for details.
If the answer to all 3 of these is "yes" then it is likely one of the following:
You are dropping a stash bag for an area you are already in. For example dropping a "Cierzo Stash Pack" in Cierzo won't link to a stash.
You are not in a main town. There's a configuration option to enable Stash Packs for all areas, but it's not on by default.
If using a configuration manager, the option is "Enable StashPacks for All Scenes". Enable it.
If manually editing the modifamorphic.outward.stashpacks.config file, set this: AllScenesEnabled = true
3. You've never been to the actual area the stash is linked to. For instance, if you gave yourself a Berg Stash Pack, but you've never been to Berg. Outward doesn't generate saves for areas until you've visited them, and because of that there's no stash to link to yet.

I'm on mono path, I'm using other mods, I've tried deleting all plugins except for this, SideLoader and ConfigurationManager to no avail.
Check and made sure you have the mod in a folder like this:

Make sure these steps have been completed.

- Do you have other BepInEx mods installed and working (if so, you can skip #2 and #3)
- Do you have the dependencies installed?
- BepInEx?
- Outward SideLoader
