then uninstall the Infrared Transceiver
or Microsoft eHome Infrared Transceiver should be the full name
then reset your game and enjoy
the only other thing this will effect is controller input in some games say if you put in a 360 controller for cod or something it wont work but your ~ will work again in fallout and your keyboard will be unaffected
the Infrared Transceiver will re-download ever time you start up you computer so don't worry about uninstalling it
