For posterity if you want OP recharging enter these three commands one after the other in the console:
set EnchantRestorePower to 10 set EnchantRestoreTimer to 1 set EnchantRestoreMysticism to 0
That'll set it to add ten charge per second. Mess with the values as you please, remember it's a single player game the only one you can cheat is yourself. The description page uses equal signs and neglects to mention the 'set' that you need at the start. Great mod regardless.
If you're having issues with this mod working as intended, load them after the bashed patch. I think there may have been a conflict with the latest version of Supreme Magicka Update from this year but didn't dive into it really. Just loaded this after the patch, no issues now.
I have no clue why but I cannot get this to work. I input the console commands exactly as the readme states and my game comes back not registering the command.
I've scoured through the posts and read the Read Me.txt and the Description section like 10 times. I've been troubleshooting in game for at least an hour. And for some reason the recharge rate is fixed at "1" point per in game hour. No matter what I type in the "set EnchantRestorePower to "blank", "set EnchantRestoreTimer to "blank", "set EnchantRestoreMysticism to "blank" command. Not expecting the creator to fly to the comment section of a nearly 13 year old upload page for something remotely even used today. Especially since there has been just about ZERO replies for 13 years to anyone who expressed being confused here. Just posting in case someone suspects they are having the same issue or someone actually found the solution. Because damn, Oblivion is so mechanically broken that Its a chore to just play the damn game without even taking it seriously.
I could not get the mod working with OBMM while using the Steam version of Oblivion. Had to do a manual install and turn on the mod on in the oblivion launcher. Once I did so, it worked fine.
Good catch. Not just with the steam version though. I have the retail version (disc). I had it activated in OBMM, but it wasn't working. Checked the launcher data files, and sure enough it wasn't activated there. Now it's working fine.
