I have NorthernUI Vanilla just for controller support, and so if I press the z key on the keyboard (L1 doesn't register on the contr) the thing denocks.............but then the game just nocks another arrow and repeat. Any suggestions? Nice little mod, maybe the controller support nullifies it, not sure.
Scruggs also released a mod called Thieves Arsenal that gives you trick arrows. Your little quick fix could leave you standing in a puddle of oil, alerting guards to your location, or accidentally knocking yourself out with gas arrows. More to the point, those trick arrows aren't recoverable as once they go off they're spent and they're a precious resource so wasting them like that sucks. Considering this, its pretty obvious why he also made this mod.
Denock Arrow(too) is also built in other mods such as COBL and/or AoG Overhaul where you can change the key in the options/ini menu/file if you plan on using those mods. It will save you an esp slot!
FireTehVahu, please, could you point me towards the COBL ini file? Where should it be located? I can't see it in my folders, so either I'm getting old and rusty, or I'm being a baby in the fog... But I could use a spare esp slot. Or do you mean the COBL menu in game?
Cobl provides a standardized Options Menu. You can access this by selecting the "+[Options]" misc. item from your inventory. Doing so will bring up a container/menu of guide books. Both books and commands can be accessed by selecting them.
I honestly don't see what the problem is with accidentally notching arrows. I just point it straight down at the ground before I fire it and I can just pick it right up.

There you can specify a hotkey for Denock
