Very good mod indeed, makes 3rd person camera follow mouse without delay (as stupidly done in Oblivion by Bethesda) - gives exactly the same 3rd person camera feel as in Skyrim
p.s. downloadable exe-file is WinRar self-extracting executable, you can use WinRar to extract contents without running .exe
