Doesn't seem to work with the newer versions of OBSE. Meh.
EDIT: I feel like I've been cheated for a whole month. I just got WHOOSH to work today. Must have installed OBSE wrong or something. Very strange. But it works now, and I'm extremely happy.
delete the folder that says OMOD CONVERSION DATA and everything in it..install .esp and sound folder.. It should work now. Somtimes you need to save once and restart after install.
Not only is this great for screenshots, this is an invaluable for getting great footage for machinima fight scenes. My only issue is that the slowdown stops when you go for the command console. As long as you continuously hit the preferred speed key before hitting the tilde key, you can restart the mode when going back into the game.
Absolutely must-have mod for screenshots. I used to use the battle-bullet-time mod, but it didn't go slow enough and it was more difficult to get perfect screenshots with that. Plus battlebullettime is only good for battle mode. I use the 0.2% setting for screenshots. One feature I'd love to see is an auto-screenshot mode that would take screenshots automatically whenever the speed goes, say, 50% or slower, at a real-time rate of about every 2 seconds or so. I don't mind weeding through tons of shots for the best ones to keep and I have plenty of drive space, and often, even in slow motion, I'm too busy controling the camera angle and character movement to easily reach to the printscreen key. So I end up missing some good shots because of the remaining inconvenience that this mod isn't addressing yet. Yet, it's the best at what it does imo, so a 10 from me. Also wanted to mention. I love the 9 setting that speeds up the game time. It makes getting to an unexplored area a lot quicker. edit: I figured out an autoscreenshots solution. Albeit, full-time, not just in slomo, but it'll do for me for now. I'm using Irfanview's screenshot mode, I set it for 3 seconds delay, configured it to put the screenies in my documents folder, and then play the game. As expected, it takes screenshots every 3 seconds, and because they're compressed jpgs, they don't take up much space per image.
Just back two years later to say that this is still one of my all-time favorite mods.
From a gameplay view, it makes combat a lot more exciting and, with enough enemies around, manageable.
From a screenshooter's view... it makes getting that perfect combat shot a lot easier when you can slow the game down to 2% with the press of a button.
I held B for a while, and instead of getting a 'time = 100%' message.... I just went into flying cam mode with menus toggled off. (I have a mod that lets you go into these modes with 1 button)
I went back to normal and toggled menus back on, but occasionally I'm being thrown back into TFC and menus toggled off.
P.S. Configuration of hotkeys seem alittle troublesome, if its possible a ring/misc item that activates a menu to change the hotkey would be nice.

Thank you for this irreplaceable gem.
