Just loaded this up. Love the design and layout of the prison. The one thing I would add are more beds for the prisoners. There are a couple of big cells that look like they could fit 20 NPCs but there is only one bed.
Really nice mod, but I noticed that if you accidentally hit a door with "transport to mark" spell, the door goes bye bye when you reload your game. I looked at the script, and i'm no scripter for sure but I was wondering if there was a way to make the spell more specific to affect NPCs only.
On the script used on the spell add something like
If (isactor == 0) return endif
This would be put at the start of the script. If the spell hits anything that isn't a actor it will end without doing anything.
very nice, but with few irritating bugs. the most irritating is that idiotic guard attack my prisoners! I arrested several dremora, but when I got to the prison, half of them was already dead. Few frozen remains was all that was left! To transport the rest of them to cells, I had to set of AI of the guards. And even when they were in their cells, they were not safe. Every time the guards passed their cell, the combat music started and the guards shoot arrows at them. Could you fix that? Also, when I cast 'remove target's items', it only works with people. Dremora will have their weapons removed, but keep their ugly robes and arnmor. Could you fix that, as well? Oh and sometimes, I can't get back to Tamriel. I push the button, I get the message 'You return to Tamriel' but in fact I remain in the prison. I have to load previous savefile. And one more thing - I think what I do in prison shouldn't give me infamy or bounty. It's just not logical. Nobody is supposed to know about the prison, right? So how can it be, that when chop off dremora's head in prison, I get bounty as for murder and have guards on me the second I get to Tamriel? I even have Ren's Guard Overhaul, but even that didn't help.
Sorry for the late reply but the guards killing the dremora isn't a bug Dremora are hostile NPCs and since the guards are friendly twords the player they kill the dremora sonce the dremora are hostile. Its mod isn't ment for you to capture hostile npcs its ment for non hostiles, and the prison dellema Rens Guard Overhaul has its bugs it broke my entire bounty system to where I got a 1000 gold bounty for walking across the imperial city bridge. If you used a calm spell or a console command to make the Dremora friendly it makes it so I counts as murder. You can still commit crimes in the prison the guards and prisoner still have AI and will alert City Guards from the vanilla game about your crimes as its just an AI script and not a physical movment so you have to take inconsieration that to commit a murder in the jail you have to consider that the prisoners AI doesn't change when you place them there.
I'm finding that some of the prisoners are wandering free from their cells. Is there any way of making sure that they stay in their cells? I've found that sticking some of the wanderers in the sunken pit cells keeps them in place but that means I can't use the rest of the cells.
