A must have, adds so much immersion!
Very nice, is it possible to add player made towns the list of towns where they spawn? Such as Bartholm or eagle point?

Makes the cities feel more alive, good mod.
A bustling metropolis is so much more enticing than a half-empty one.
This makes the cities really feel alive.
Great simple idea goes good with town ambient sounds and whatever mod I have that changes all names to generic race name until you meet them.
I'll never run Oblivion without this from now on.
