For those of you who are having problems with this texture, do this. Drag the textures into your data folder then open OBMM(Oblivion Mod Manager) then click on "utilities" and then click on "Archive Invalidation". A popup will soon show up. Don't do anything and simply click update. Wait for it to update your game and then your done! Click off the Archive Invalidation and OBMM then enjoy your game!
I tried it and it worked. I usually do this when I add mods that change textures or models and it pretty much always works. Hope this helps!
Thank for your great daedric textures they have been selected and included in AAOVTR Almost All Oblivion Vanilla Textures Replacer http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/43788//? I have endorse this mod
EDIT: Problem solved, I missed to put the normal maps in there with the textures. That's why the textures weren't applied properly.
I'm having a very strange issue with both your Ash and Black Daedric textures. When I apply them to a daedric cuirass in nifskope, everything looks fine and dandy. But when I put them in the game and equip them, the textures are all messed up. Just like when the texture path is wrong, but as nifskope says everything is fine it's not much I can do... The ground models have their textures applied properly. Installed your mod today because I have been having a problem with Daedric shields. They show up as a purple circle. Thought your meshes would cure it, but they still show up as purple circles. Ideas?
I really like the Ash Retexture of this, however, whenever I add the ArchiveInvalidation Files, there are a lot of Texture and Icon Problems, only Happens with the Midnight Version though, I'm NOT trying to run both a once. I just reached this page first . .
Love it, download it, enjoy it! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- dont cry......your head isnt BIG!

That yellowish tinge of the vanilla textures just didn't look evil enough.
