I have given this file my endorsement.

Im liking it because im sure its good and it hasnt crashed my game. But so far ive only ran into a werewolf hunter. Ive yet to run into any werewolves.

Is there like a spot they show up the most? And when do they actually turn. like what month and stuff?

Well, this looks like as good a place as any to post my review of this mod.

If I were to rate it, I'd give it a 9.5 out of 10. It's not perfect. It can be a bit buggy, and some features need work. But it's the most fun I've had on Oblivion in ages, and I adore it to bits.

The experience as a werewolf is amazing. Stalking the night, hunting (the creature possibility with 80 willpower is a nice touch), causing panic in a town... It's so, so much fun. It doesn't get in the way of your life as an adventurer like Bloodmoon lycanthropy did - having a lunar clock and only needing to transform about one third of the time won't interrupt your nighttime quests (although you can usually transform if you want to, which is great) if you plan them accordingly, and if somebody spots you, you have a grace period to silence them - and even if you fail, your game isn't permanently screwed if you know how to keep a low profile.

There are a few things I think need some work, though. The b key is not terribly responsive around corpses you just killed, and sometimes I've needed to kill 2 or 3 people a night just because I couldn't get my wolf to do anything but howl with the first one(s). Infecting other NPCs... too buggy to use. They'll follow you around no matter what disposition you have, they never transform back, and until you move out of your cell, they vacillate back and forth from human to wolf every couple of seconds. But that feature is clearly stated as a WIP anyways. There's a bit of a gap between the head and neck while howling, and when sheathed, claws have a bit of an optical glitch, but it's nothing major. Being a werewolf at a low level is crazily overpowered because of the rate you restore health with - perhaps this could be levelled? I love how the stat boosts are fortifications, though, as it allows for your wolf-self to become stronger along with you. Lastly, I wish you could transform (at night) in combat; I mean, how awesome would it be to be getting owned, and then suddenly, with a burst of desperation... rawr, werewolf.

Graphically, the wolves are gorgeous. Love the textures, and variety is great. I wish there was a black wolf with blue eyes, and more eye variations on the gold/silver, but that's just me. It would be nice if the wolves blinked or moved their heads, and their posture isn't very werewolf-like, but you have to take into consideration that it's all player-made content, and they have to work with the basic anatomical model of the player.

NPC werewolves are a bit buggy. I've seen some transform, but some just are wolves 24/7 (although they talk and act like humans, and I've seen a werewolf wielding a bow and arrows). Love how they howl, though. It makes me want to join in. I've noticed one thing, though. Werewolves in human form help you while you're in wolf form; I had a bandit hedge wizard come and save me once when I was ambushed by two werewolf hunters (they always seem to appear out of nowhere occasionally when I howl, which is really cool), but if you're a werewolf-in-human-form near transformed NPCs, they still attack you. Still, I guess any werewolf could be too addled by bloodlust to recognize their own.

Little things like the topics on werewolves - the DB, Hircine's followers, people greeting you with the words 'I sense another presence in you' - flavor, I guess you could say - makes me happy. It just seems to complete the experience for me.

I've wanted to download this mod for over a year - Oblivion's lack of werewolves was always a note of disappointment for me - but it was only two days ago when I finally figured out how to patch my game and get obse to work. And this is every bit as awesome as I thought it would be.

All in all, this is an amazing mod, and I want to thank Cid (and anyone else who developed this) for all their time. If you haven't downloaded it yet, do it. It's well worth your time.

Tips for anyone creating a werewolf character - do not use the Atronach birthsign. Each time you transform, you lose all your magicka, and it's not restored when you transform back, which can be a real pain. Claws are blade, not hand-to-hand as you might think. Also, being a Breton is a good way to offset the werewolf's 25% magicka weakness.

This is a great modifcation but I think its at its greatest when mixed with Werewolves Legends of the North.
    Great job!
