IT SHOULD BE FAIRLY CLOSE TO WHAT IL TOTEM WAS SAYING, NOT COMPLETELY.
With this mod you can influence the changes of the atmospheric time using nine different spells.
To earn the spells, you have to follow clues that lead you into a dungeon.
The Quest "SOTTOFORMA" begins when you find an old ruined parchment along with some books in the first edition book store, which is in the imperial city market district (duh, where else would it be, it's sure not in Kvatch).

I THINK IT WOULD ALSO BE SAFE TO ASSUME THAT THE INGAME TEXT ON THE PARCHMENT NOTE, IN THE NEW SPELL NAMES, AND THE QUEST MESSAGES ARE GOING TO SHOW UP IN ITALIAN IN UR ENGLISH VERSION OR WHATEVER LANGUAGE VERSION YOU HAVE.
THIS SOUNDS INTERESTING TO ME THOUGH. I WILL PROBABLY TRY AND SEE WHAT IT DOES.
