Hilarious and immersive. And I have to make a confession--I have used one of the scrolls in a particularly tough dungeon. Yes, it made my life easier after several minutes of entertainment. Love not being able to sleep in an inn if a brawl is going down. This is a must-have for immersion players.
I think this is brilliant, I have walked into a number of bars, to be confronted with a NPC getting bottled round the head.. luv it deserves a endorsement.. You got probs with it crack open The Elder Scrolls Construction kit and make a few changes to it...
I created a self-sustaining riot/fight by putting a long lasting [15ft 150mag 150sec on strike] frenzy enchantment on the clutter weapons in CS. Also, some of the clutter weapons have no icons.
@DenebR Of course there's no priest or mage, he was referencing an old joke. As for the 'one time only', try reading the description (assuming you can find it without a quest arrow showing you where to scroll) and you'll see that the NPCs added respawn. As for quest NPCs dying, just console and respawn them, fights like that can happen even without a mod (just much less common, all it takes is a thief to get caught, a guard to get involved, and someone to accidentally hit someone else)
"An argonian mage and a dunmer priest walk into a bar with a goblin head between one arm and 10 pounds of boar meat in the other. Everybody starts fighting. Sound funny?" What's funny about it? What does the above statement have to do with fighting? Doesn't even make sense. I tried this mod, there was no mage or priest and there was no random fighting. All you get is a single frenzy scroll to cast and that,s it. Why should I clutter my game with a one-time-only fight scene mod? if the scroll was duplicatable it would be exceptable. However, a quest npc was killed during the fight.
It really does make people fight and have more people inbars. I like, but could it be more great if you make another mod which add more NPCs in Bars? You know to make it seems like a huge fight going on in this places.

I've got an idea for you - perhaps when NPCs start fighting, perhaps some NPCs will stay back and chant, "Fight, fight, fight!" ?
