don't be dumb as a box of rocks, if all y'all don't have that Nerihm mod of course your game's gonna crash to desktop as soon as it launches, solution? just delete the very optional Nerihm plugin.
It's honestly disheartening to see so many people these days with a near-inability to think outside the box. Wow: if a clearly optional aspect of this mod I'm using doesn't work, maybe I should get rid of it...?
Word I feel you 100%, being willing to problem solve the issue has made my modding experience loads better. I’ve started to pick up on how to solve various issues and it allowed me to use a bunch of really great mods that I wouldn’t have been able to.
How does one get rid of the hotkey messages? I keep getting the weapon stats popping up at random intervals, and right now I have stealth penalties on the screen pretty much all the time blocking away any other message I might get.
I went to the .ini file and tried to edit the hotkeys, in case I was just pushing those by accident, but it didn't make a difference.
I downloaded this and it crashed every time I started oblivion then i uninstalled it and it crashes every time I try to load a save or start a new game so now oblivion is unplayable and I don't know how to fix it because I generally suck at this type of thing. does anyone know whats happening?
The messages pop up without any shortcut key having been pressed. Can I disable them altogether? It's annoying... Also if i type the bat stealthoverhaul.ini console command, it says "the file 'stealthoverhaul.ini' could not be opened"
EDIT: I figured out why it couldnt execute the bat command; I had the file in the Data folder, not the Oblivion. Now my edited keys work.
Game seems to crash after the launcher with this mod. I have No psychic guards 12, Oscusos Oblvion overhaul and Oblvion script extender. Only crashes when I turn on this mod even by itself.
