I love this, having the icons and crosshair in 3rd person is great
The only problem I had with it, is that the crosshair isn't visible normally and only in sneak
So, I figured out a workaround for the Sniper version:
For the Sniper crosshair version to appear normally, the "default crosshair image" entry (in data/menus/main/hud_reticle.xml), should be edited like this:

Doing that, my crosshair appears normally, as well in sneak; for 3rd or 1st person
But, when I did that, the fade on the crosshair when sneaking disppeared
So I went and downloaded this:

And inserted that sneak icon eye texture, so my "hud sneak" entry (in data/menus/main/hud_reticle.xml)
looked like this:

And that fixed the no sneak icon or fade problem

No problems at all. Good mod which hides that annoying crosshair. It's annoying even with Crosshair Size Reduction 1.1 -mod.
