A fork of SpiderAkira's Extended Dialogue mod. More than 1000 new lines of dialogue currently, featuring new conversation lines, Lore Dialogues, and reactive greetings!

A fork of SpiderAkira's Extended Dialogue mod. This repurposes vanilla lines, aswell as uses ElevenLabs to add new lines. More than 1000 new lines of dialogue currently.

The scope of this mod is not to make NPCs speak more realistically at all. If you want that, don't bother playing a Bethesda game. This mod is simply made to enhance the jank of Oblivion, providing diverse and immersive jank.
This mod is not done at all. I just realized that if I don't release what I have done now, it may never come out. I'm very bad at releasing things.



Compatibility

This mod should be placed after any mods that effect dialogue. This includes "Dialogue Tweaks, Fixes, and Restorations," any Oblivion Uncut mod, and the Unofficial Patches. This mod intentionally enables certain KOTN lines in the Shivering Isles. I cannot directly speak to all mods' compatibility, as I don't use every mod on the nexus. Please report any issues you may have in my Bugs section, and if I'm able, I will take a look.
My mod now adds Lore Dialogues. If you dislike my lore lines, or are using a different mod for Lore Dialogues, you can disable my Lore dialogues using LINK.


A list of a few new features includes:
  • Lore Dialogues, which you can disable via a LINK config.
  • NPCs will now tell eachother jokes and react accordingly.
  • NPCs can comment on your armor and other equipment in some cases.
  • Guards now have their own pool of idle lines.
  • Guards will now yell HALT! on occasion.
  • NPCs can hate eachother more than they used to be able to.
  • New rumors NPCs can tell the player, and eachother.
  • You will actually hear a rumor about a strange door in the Niben Bay.
  • Beggar NPC exchanges
  • Base game race specific dialogue flows more naturally
  • Some new NPC greetings
  • Ahdarji will be evil towards Argonian NPCs
  • Most base game Khajiit can greet NPCs with their own names ("Ahdarji greets you.")
  • All races have been given many unique new lines
  • A hand selected few of the Knights of the Nine dialogue lines have been re-enabled (disabled in the UOP for Knights) in the Shivering Isles, because it's funny.
  • Shivering Isles conversation overhaul.
  • Shivering Isles Idle Dialogues
  • Probably some bugs. Absolutely use the bugs tab to report things you find. My lip sync is broken in my game, but I think they work normally.

Planned/Potential Future Features:
  • New faction dialogue
  • New bandit dialogue
  • More comments on player's equipment and/or achievements in game.
  • Expand beggar dialogue?
  • Make the Adoring Fan into a reactive but still annoying companion.
  • Give NPCs that previously had no unique greeting introducing themselves an introduction.
  • Give unique NPCs more unique lines.
  • Integrate some mods

(Also an optional patch for Unique Voices' Male Dunmer voice is available! I like that mod, I'm gonna patch everything I can for it. It's cool.)
