Another little mod I made for myself that some also may enjoy!

Vampires in Oblivion suck (pun was too obvious to ignore, my apologies) They are not worth the hassle of using as when fully fed you have such meagre buffs and a weakness to fire (which nearly everything uses in the game).
Then things get worse as you progress as you get sun damage heaped in while the only decently sized buffs come in at stage 4 by which point everyone hates you and you will by fried to a crisp at a moments notice.

I wanted to lean into the vampires of Cyrodiil described in the in game book "Immortal Blood" Where by when fully fed you are a charm monster, able to blend into society and be indistinguishable from a human. then when you start to get hungry you lose these charm and magical buffs but gain physical attributes like Strength Agility and Speed.  This gives you a reason to aim for specific stages depending on your build style or current quest or location. Going to be talking to a lot of merchants and need to get some information out of someone? Feed up. Need to tear through a bunch of bandits or frost mages? Starve yourself.

It basically allows you to effectively ignore vampirism if you keep fed as you just get a nice set of bonuses to magic and social skills. But if you truly want to unleash the beast you can do with the caveat of increasingly harsh debuffs.
Stage 4 makes you very tough to kill against regular enemies, but beware the sun and fire! You also will get all the social disadvantages that this stage brings in the vanilla game.

Nothing else has been edited. No script changes, no new records, no new items or world/cell edits just the 13 vanilla records that relate to vampire skills and attributes edited. Compatible with anything that doesn't touch these records.
