    Eager to try this out! Roaming NPCs is my favorite worldspace-traveller type mod; I think this will compliment it well.

      I ask that question all the time, since Better Cities changes so much in regards to locations, and I don't understand much about the inner-workings of the game.

    Thanks for the mod!

    The changes to the Two Sister's Lodge beds' ownerships mean that post-eviction Vandorallen Trebatius will go back to never sleeping. This is a bug was fixed by the UOP but as far as bugs go that's an exceedingly minor one and probably not worth worrying about (unless there's implications I'm not aware of).

      That might be a exceedingly minor bug without consequence for us, but think about that poor Vandorallen Trebatius, who will never be able to sleep again.
      He might want that bug fixed quite a lot !

    Not working for me. Where are these guys supposed to spawn and travel to? I have walked up and down the roads up to skalingrad a lot during my current playthrough and have not seen any evidence that this mod is working.

    This mod would be perfect with two simple additions—

    1) be able to trade with some of the NPCs
    2) some NPCs in shivering isles

      some super badass dudes in the isles would be cool. it had a dungeon quest just like that. a deathknight orc or a shamen orc kinda wouldnt be to crazy

    I like your mod. How do you build it up? Can the random encounters and travellers be moved to my  mod FL Oblivionrim? I am setting up campsite throughout the entire area. The cities are mostly open. I haven't done scripts or quests in many years.

    How can we install this one ? I usualy install them with Vortex 
    If i extract the file in the common data file, it will work ? Even if i launch the game with Vortex ?

      You shouldn't use vortex. This one looks like it requires the bashed patch that Wrye Bash adds. Just download Wrye Bash here on Nexus, and search for the picture guide that is also here to learn it. It is worth the 10 minutes of extra trouble.

      I use vortex to install most oblivion mods.  No problems so far and I've been peeking at folders just to make sure it is not messing up anything.  I just make sure to run Wyre Bash after and run the bashed patch.
