You have a good eye for colors, that looks spot on for the visual style you have going on. Are you using an ENB preset? (Is ENB still being used, or is there a newer alternative?)
I'm using NAO ENB, but when editing I've been leaning away from vanilla, the first screenshots I uploaded are from ENB, the comparisons are already without ENB or ORC.
I also use NAO ENB. Have you by any chance found a way to hack it and tone down the glowing hair, water, stalactites (cave formations) in interior locations, and the strange pixelated moon? Or do you not even experience that. *It also seems like night eye in third person doesn't work while using that enb. Screen goes blurry and flashes between normal and blurry depending on camera movement. The enb or Oblivion Reloaded depth of field have no affect on this. It still happens
