That's odd, there's no issue with the english language unofficial patch. Though TES4LodGen is completely optional - only if you want to generate the LOD

Edit: Just for info, your mod fits normally, I had an UOP file accidentally installed. I deleted it and my french version of the patch fits perfectly.
Just a heads up that this mod is currently incompatible with better cities as the New Rumare Location loads over the Marsh Location from that Mod. May wanna add a disclaimer that that part of the mod will be broken if loaded with better cities. Overall a very nice city mod and i'll definitely be using the other locations.

So Update if you place your mod at the end of the load order works 99% fine. The small rocks from better cities on the north-west side of the islands break but thats such a minor detail. 100% will be rocking this mod and amazing work on the cities.
I didn't manage to make Marsh's location work with this mod (if anyone wants to edit their BC version, just adding some rocks for his stuff to lie upon would work), but, honestly, screw him, after his related quest with the Rangers' Guild you can just disable his floating stuff and let him swim around New Rumare, or take him with you with some other mods.
Didn't find much issues with other mods, provided one uses Land Magic.

However I wonder if it will be compatible with my list of Unique Landscape already installed. Can you tell me if this is feasible because even with a backup beforehand, it would take too long to reinstall and also risk harming the smooth running of the game. to fix any potential errors in the terrain (it's good to have in general when you have numerous mods installed)
Edit : I used the TES4LODGen.exe and it is not compatible with the Patch non Officiel in french (Unofficial Oblivion Patch). My game is french.
