doesn't it override every USITP file? Why would you use them together then. description seems misleading

  USITP optimizes the trees without editing any values and enables some newer engine features from SpeedTree 4.0
  
  This mod actual edits values reducing the amount of branches and leaves, also includes the newer engine features of SpeedTree 4.0 from USITP.
