Version 1.03
Changed "fQuestDelayTime" to 0.0167 (updates once during a single frame at 60 FPS.)
No reason other than it's 'cleaner' (probably redundant too), may resolve some issues, but it's mostly for the sake of anal retentive technical polish.
Version 1.02
Reorganized script and changed quest delay timer to 0.0001, the initial starting of the quest is still delayed, but any subsequent loads, the face update should be immediate. I have read mixed things on setting a quest timer this low, so I am not sure if it even works, regardless, the script should run as fast as it can.

Script efficiency stuff, much faster now I think. And more readability improvements (not really needed but good practice).
