I have to praise your work, cause Gosh dang these shields are beautiful I think I'm gonna cry, you did such an amazing job with these, they will make my play through better, I just know it!

Out of curiosity, have you ever considered adding all of your armor mods and equipment to the world either through hand placement or levelled lists so players can discover them items through organic play instead of going to the test hall?
thank you for always! I would like to do something like that, but balance adjustments take a lot of time, and rather than spending time on that, I have a strong desire to create as many different mods as possible. It would be great if other people could make such mods.
I don't know about levelled lists, but at least when I first started to really get into Oblivion I figured out how to add things to containers and it was quite easy. Added personally-modded DMZ armors, for instance, to the DMZ chests. Added some Mythic Dawn junk to one of the start dungeon barrels. The only issue I had with it is figuring out which container was which, but it's more or less drag and drop after that.
An easy way to approach balance is to just copy the stats of vanilla shields. That way you do not need to worry about whether or not the shields are too strong/weak/expensive/ect.
I did basic patch, where i took leveledlist VendorArmorLightShield and VendorArmorHeavyShield, copied them as an overwrite to a patch, let say VendorAdditions.esp, added this mod as master to the patch, then just went to those levelists and added new item, and picked this mods shields one by one to both lists. Compared vanilla shield values to these and assigned level with that knowledge. I guess it's the level when they might popup to the store lists.
I have no clue how the game works with the shops, i confirmed that bunch of the shield appeared to the shop. I wish i knew if there's shop leveled lists for invidual shops, you could add them to just one shop, since they are quite special, even bump some of the stats as well OR price. I will do more testing.
These look friggin awesome! All I can request is just having them placed within the game. Nothing special in that regard, but maybe having them be sold in the Stonewall Shields store?
