    Any idea if this is compatible with Balanced NPC Level Cap?

    I would absolutely LOVE to use both if possible!

    Edit: Maybe this is like your Sensible Creature Health mod and you capped some NPC's to make them more reasonable as well?

      I apologize for the late response, I haven't noticed your comment until now.
      This mod decreases NPC health by changing a game setting that calculates their health. I don't know if MOO changes that setting, or how the balance is like.

    I like the idea, I use damage multipliers but some strange stuff can happen while using them. must have taken forever thanks going to try it out now.
