Currenlty working on finalizing exterior shadows new system for NewVegasReloaded, will be ported to OR when done.
Make a Wabbajack installer of your modlist. A stable version. This is the best looking version of oblivion, but to install it is a nightmare and not worth it
whole Bevilex modlist. Actually it wasn't so hard :D it's just i can't get perfect ENB looks. Candid too blurry, outside too shiny, otherwise perfect. Photorealistic looked stupid at night, like underwater. Nao smth wrong with lights in the caves. Using ENB with Reload does smth to water - i'm invisible under it and it keeps dissapearing. Skyrim at least has plenty of ENB's to choose from, but Oblivion doesn't. It's going to be my first playthrough so i want it to make as close to perfection as possible
Ever since I installed this mod, Oblivion has a permanent black screen if I tab out from it then tab back in. Additionally, I get a horribly annoying heartbeat sound effect at all times. Neither of these went away when I uninstalled the mod. I installed through vortex and uninstalled through vortex. I even tried to manually delete all of the files. Nothing worked
Don't use this mod, it's a buggy mess. Shadows giving NPC's blackface, flickering all over the ground, CTD when opening the OR menu around 50% of the time, and even when you do open it, you make changes that don't get applied. Again don't use this mod if you want stable gameplay.
Thanks for the mod. I'm having an issue where when I find a bed and go to "rest", it cuts to a 3rd person view of me laying down in the bed, but the rest time screen does not appear. I read in a forum that it may be due to the way OR handles sleep. I tried going into the ingame menu using "O:" and changing the Sleep Mode options, trying all possible combinations, but I still just lay down without the ability to set a sleep timeframe. So, two questions: is this behaviour a result of the OR mod? And if so, how do I revert back to vanilla?
An update: I just figured out that OR requires you to hit the "T" key once you lie down on a bid. This will trigger a rest. Didn't see that anywhere in OR instructions, so hopefully this will help others.
At 120fps and 144fps my character and view seem to jump/jerk around violently when I'm moving through the world, and in rapid succession. Can you even run this mod above 60fps?
currently limited mine to 167fps, but I did have this issue initially, especially on combat, I was darting around like I had sped up time for a split second.
I have solved this and now it runs fine, I think oblivion stutter remover sorted this for me.
Not sure why this isn't working when installed by Vortex. I used the 4GB patcher and SkyBSA before this mod and have archive invalidation enabled in Vortex settings.
I would advise straying from Vortex with Oblivion mods. There have been issues with Vortex and Oblivion in the past. I would recommend using Wrye Bash for these types of mods based on its structure.
So I'm having issues with shadows with ANY OR mod I use I've tried ORC as well a few different versions... Shadows have been the bane of me and its really the mane reason I want this mod. It appears that the closer I get shadows seem to move with my character?? How do I just have shadows and not all the flickering and glitchiness??? I don't see a lot of others with this issue. I've tried editing OR settings Oblivion shadow settings ect.. but literally nothing is working.
I'm having the exact same issues and have been looking for a solution for days now with no luck. If you ever managed to find a solution please do share.
There is likely no solution. It appears that the shadow mapping does not perform texel snapping, which hides the moving shadow effect. Without texel snapping being a feature in the mod, nothing can really be done about it.
Hi OR11 that is currently in development have way more stablier and overall better shadows. There were also some stabilization for the shadows map rendering, but I'm not sure if it's proper texel snapping, I will have to read

Just disable every setting in Shaders->ShadowExteriors and Shaders->ShadowInteriors and it should allow you to leave the ship.
