The .ini file for this mod no longer exists, if you want to change something you have to look into yourOblivionFolder\Data\OBSE\Plugins and search for OblivionReloaded.config. This is an xml file and (probably) the place to modify any setting you do not like.
In my case I changed the fps cap and the screen turning gray when jumping. For example, to change the fps value you have to modify a property called "SmartControlFPS" changing the value into your desired one. Something like this: <SmartControlFPS Value="60'" Type="1" Reboot="0" Info="" />
I highly recommend opening this file with a code editor like visual studio code since it is the easier way to navigate throuh.
