   Does this work the same as Uncapped Skeleton Key? Can I continue to raise my security skill while this is equipped, as Uncapped Skeleton Key does?

      No, it would need a patch and some script edits for them to work together.

   What makes you think that Master perk for Security makes lockpicks unbreakable? I already have this skill pumped up to 100, but the master keys continue to break.
