Unofficial Oblivion Patch

DESCRIPTION:
Legion Forester Outposts by Guinefort01 is one of my favorite mods for Oblivion that expands on an extremely lacking area of the game: the Imperial Legion Foresters. It's a great mod, however it had implementation issues I didn't like as well as some bugs. So, I decided to edit it. Here is the full list of changes:

(Note: The plugin in this mod is based off of the compatibility version of the original mod.)

MAIN CHANGES:
-Dirty and unused records were removed, so the plugin is now more stable.
-All assets are now contained in a BSA instead of loose files.
-Named NPCs from Imperial Forester Armor that were merged into the original mod have been removed.
-Unofficial Patch changes were carried over as well as applied to all the new foresters.
-Balanced level caps have been added to the vanilla foresters and new NPCs to make them more reasonably strong. Foresters, blacksmiths, and healers/alchemists set to be reasonably powerful, and battlemages and captains are a bit stronger.
-Blacksmiths and battlemages no longer trade with you. They will still repair your items or recharge your weapons respectively.
-Alchemists and healers still sell you potions and ingredients, but in much lower quantities.
-None of the NPCs are trainers anymore. It felt exploit-y to be able to get training from them anyway, but it also seemed unreasonable. Again, they still offer services, and alchemists and healers will still trade with you.
-All foresters now carry a shortsword along with their bow. Soldiers of the Imperial Legion deserve better than just a bow.
-The Imperial Captains now wear full legion armor instead of legion armor mixed and matched with leather and fur. The weapons they use have also been tweaked.
-In the new armor version, legion armor pieces were removed from the foresters since it doesn't make sense for hunting rangers to wear bulky heavy armor.
-The faces of all the NPCs have been given a much needed touchup for use with OCOv2.
-Outposts no longer lock up as it caused buggy behavior and it doesn't make sense for the Legion to lock people out. Keys have also been removed.

DIVERSITY CHANGES:
-The diversity modules have been completely reworked. They are now extensions of the main plugin instead of alternate versions and are less "in your face" since the amount of diversity has been reduced to a more reasonable level. They go as following:
Female only: replaces a few NPCs with female versions.
Humans only: Replaces some NPCs with Nords, Bretons, and Redguards as well as the females, which are now also racially mixed.
All races: Same as the humans only version but replaces a select few NPCs with the Elven and beast races.

MISC. CHANGES:
-Bash tags have been added to the plugin as well as the add-ons to ensure gear changes don't get overwritten.
-Some of the weapons on the weapon racks have been removed since their textures were broken from a completely different UV than what was needed.
-Various items and records in the plugin have been renamed to be more consistent or make more sense.
-Extra unnecessary clothing and items have been removed from the NPCs' inventories.
-The Imperial battlemage is no longer part of the Imperial Battlemage Faction to prevent bugs.
-Some things have been renamed for consistency.
-Anvils have been replaced with the vanilla ones for compatibility with crafting mods.

INSTALLATION:
This mod is set up with a BAIN installer, so use Wrye Bash or MO2 to install. Just like the original mod, there are 2 versions of the mod; one that gives the foresters new armor, and one that keeps the vanilla armor. Be sure to only use ONE version. Also be sure to only use ONE diversity addon if you choose to install one.

COMPATIBILITY:
Bash tags are included to maximize compatibility. Various patches are available as well. If you use Local Guard Features and are using the new armor version of this mod, remove the Imperial Legion Forester NPC edit in Local Guard Features' ESP.

Note: most of the patches in this mod are meant to be deactivated and imported into the Bashed Patch so they can all be used together, and as such most of them are not compatible with each other without one. I'm not going to provide support to people who do not use a Bashed Patch.

LOAD ORDER:
Shouldn't really matter as proper Bash Tags are applied and this mod mostly adds new records. The diversity addon of your choice and patches should be loaded after the main plugin.

CREDITS:
Guinefort01 for her awesome mod.

Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions.

That's all... enjoy!
