Fix skill level up messages when confirming spent skill points. Previously, skill increase messages were appearing for every skill governed by an attribute, even those that had not actually increased.
Quest completion skill point rewards can now be customized per quest using the mod's INI file.
Guild expulsion quests, Thieves Guild blood price quests, and trivial quests such as those that only involve collecting a reward no longer award skill points when using the default configuration.
Some major quests, such as those at the end of guild questlines, will award more skill points for completion than other quests when using the default configuration.
A note on upgrading to v0.3 from an earlier version of Skill Points: Because the way of calculating quest completion Skill Point rewards has been completely changed, you will be rewarded Skill Points for all your completed quests for a second time the first time that you reload your game. You can put the extra Skill Points from your inventory into a respawning container, if you do not want them, and they will disappear after a few in-game days.
