not sure what is going on but willpower was set -368 and u cannot move without modifying that attribute - it could be the uploader intended this as a joke on whoever tries to use this save or maybe it could be how the stats and so on were achieved.
You should be fine as long as you don't take off any items before praying at an altar. The 1/1 fatigue is used for fatigue boosting. It's an exploit that multiples your damage by 1/2 of the amount you fortify your fatigue. Just drink one of the potions in your inventory for 75 times damage.
