Unfortunately it seems that taking the boat to the island doesn't also teleport your companion with you (here the Adoring Fan is swimming desperately trying to catch up after I took the boat ride):

Ah thank you, I've uploaded v1.0.2 now to complete the translation. The Russian authors would enjoy hearing about your appreciation too, you can do that by clicking ORIGINAL FILE up near the top of this page, then adding a comment there.
Yes, but I haven't had time to start on another one yet. Also I was waiting to see whether the updated NewCity Bravil with quests might be released first, but it has been delayed so I may begin translating the current version, when I have some spare time not working on the next Better Cities update.
What a pity you didn't ask three weeks ago, I'd be able to remember then!
There's only 14 lines of dialogue, I created 36 voice files using xVASynth to combine into the 14 lines. Looking at the "Date Created" on those files, the first one was created at 5.03pm, and the last was created at 6.32pm. So just for generating the 36 voice files, it took me 1 and a half hours. After that I used Audacity to combine them into the 14 usable files. That probably took another 30 or 40 minutes, I'd guess.
So let's say 2 hours, roughly. And then, I had to generate the 14 Lip synch files using CSE, which probably took another 30 minutes.
I haven't had any luck getting OBVA Synth to do anything yet (but I really only fiddled with it for a few minutes ... could be some Win 7 limitation or something, plus that was with the CPU version not GPU version). I'll need to give it another go.
