This mod comes in 2 versions where one version fixes a number of small landscape issues in the Imperial City Market District and another which fixes a number of small landscape issues in the whole of the Imperial City.

Market District Landscape Fix
This mod fixes a number of small landscape issues in the Imperial City Market District. Look at the images for comparison.
Imperial City Landscape Fix:
This mod fixes a number of small landscape issues all over the Imperial City.
How this mod came about:
I couldn't find out why I had these landscape issues and thought it must be mod related. After a long time I decided to reinstall Oblivion and before installing any mods (including UOP) I went to the Market District and to my horror saw that the landscape issues were still there. I don't remember ever seeing them in the past so I'm not sure if all people have these issues and if you're just noticing them in your game now I apologize for exposing them to you. But if you have these landscape issues; here's a mod for you.
I am not proficient with using the landscape editor so if someone can do a better job than me please do so. This fix is good enough for me and maybe others too so I'm uploading it.
Version history for Imperial City Landscape Fix:
Version 1.1:
Removed a tiny landscape edit to cell 4,14 so the mod is now 100% compatible with the mod Region Revive - Lake Rumare.
This mod must be loaded after Region Revive - Lake Rumare.
Cleaned mod to remove 6 ITMs.
Fixed a huge landscape issue near the city gate in the Talos District.

It seems as though I had uploaded the wrong file with v1.3 so I have fixed all issues.
Made a new version of the mod called Imperial City Landscape Fix which fixes all landscape issues in the whole of the Imperial City.
Both mods are compatible with the mod Imperial City Canal Overhaul .
Version 1.3:
- Made the mod compatible with the mod Imperial City Canal Overhaul by lowering the landscape near the corner towers. Even if you don't use Imperial City Canal Overhaul it will look better.
Load order: Market District Landscape Fix loads before Imperial City Canal Overhaul.
- Fixed a small landscape issue I had overlooked.
Version 1.2:
I had accidentally affected the Elven Garden District. Fixed.
Version 1.1:
Cleaned with TES4Edit and fixed 1 more tiny landscape issue.
