   I'm not sure who's going to want this but I've found it useful over the years. As I put in the Description tab, my main use is for testing my
   mods. Another was getting through the 3 day cell reset for whatever reason.

      Its good to be able to not only reset cells but also reset the merchants.

      To be honest, Faster Sleep Wait is a binary plugin that does this properly - I'm only leaving this up to contribute to 'Against Malaria'.
      Faster Sleep Wait uses regular input where as mine requires 'yet another' spell hotkey.
