Adds trollf-style loading screens for the Bartholm mod, made with various UI templates

I was playing the Bartholm mod in my current playthrough of Oblivion, and decided I wanted the Bartholm loading screens to match the style of Trollf's themed loading screens. The screenshots I used aren't the best, but I didn't really want to alter my visual set-up for five relatively simple shots. Tried to keep them similar to the originals from Bartholm, so they still make sense with the mod's loading text.
Requirements:
1. Bartholm
2. Loading Screens Themed Replacer OR Themed Loading Screens for Dark UI OR OA_Dark Transparent UI (not a hard requirement but it wouldn't make much sense to have these loading screens without the core mod)
Installation:
1. Use MO2 or Vortex
2. Install like any other mod, there's no ESP, just texture replacers
3. Make sure it is loaded after Bartholm in your mod manager of choice
4. Contemplate the meaning of existence (optional)
