    Translate the description using google:

    ???0. Installation???
Unzip the file, copy and overwrite the esp etc. under Data in the Oblivion installation folder, and activate it with "OblivionLauncher.exe". (WryeBash recommended)

    ???1. About WryeBash???
    (1) Add the Bash tag Relev manually.
    (2) Patch merging: If you have introduced the Oblivion Combat Skill System and want to use the enemy NPCs of this MOD, please check and enable OCSS for NPC.esp even if merged when creating the patch. .

    ???2.Overview???
This Mod add spells that can be learn from a magic book.
It is sold by Argonian shopkeepers in the First Edition of the Imperial City Market District from opening until 18:00, except during lunch break.
There is a magic book sample chest in front of the clerk's desk, so you can check the contents of the magic by taking it out and reading the sample.
If you purchase a spellbook from a store clerk and add it to your inventory, it will be added to your spell column. It is effective even if you give it to NPC.
Some player-only magic will be added to the player only.
Unique spells and powerful spells, although there are issues with required level and magicka.
It also adds enemies that use those powerful spells.

Coming back to say that this mod is AMAZING and the amount of content is INSANE.
Crazy amount of creatures in this mod. Lots of strange things, many unexplainable and weird pieces of content that do not seem like bugs but rather just misunderstood Japanese interpretations of The Elder Scrolls. For example, a strange Dremora can be found in many places that will follow you around recharging your items... similar to the druids in WAC. Come to think of it, this mod is quite similar to WAC just in terms of scale and the sheer number of creatures that are added. Some are identical to creatures found in other mods, such as MMM. With this mod, MMM, and WAC all installed you will see many duplicate animals but this isn't an issue at all.

An English translation is GREATLY needed! Would prefer that a native Japanese speaker do this, then have a native English speaker look over the names to see if any of them sound too strange/not-lore-friendly. I would also opt for Romanization since western versions of Oblivion cannot display Japanese kanji text for some reason and many of the names for the creatures might be untranslatable.

    Thanks great mod.
    I like it.
but I found BUG for body of the crocodile.
The body stretches. Can’t be displayed and will be very heavy.
    I think skeleton.nif is mismatching.
