I was able to find the TES-Diesel mods by digging thru two sites. Archive.org / WaybackMachine and looking for the linked pages provided by the Guide, and then after finding the TES-Diesel page NOT clicking on the download link (while at the archived page) but copying the download link to the fileshare site and opening another tab and then pasting it. Pasting the link (and hitting enter) to get to the fileshare page in a fresh tab worked, but not clicking the link on the archived page. This method won't work forever though, only while the fileshare site keeps the downloads active.

P.S. The filenames of the files download may not precisely match the files used in the guide and so won't work with Dispensations' BCF helper files. So you may need to repack them into a WryeBash/BAIN friendly structure by hand. But it's not too hard, basically you need to just move the docs and sample images into a Docs folder inside the Data folder.
Could someone help me? I don't like the replacement of leather armor as it is. Is there any way to make leather armor look like the one in Vanilla Gear Redux?

having the same issue but its loading leather Armor instead of from the thief folder. when i first start. the rough leather has normal greaves but the other leather Armor pieces. not sure what mod is causing it
I think that's from the mod "Oblivion Content Restoration". Not sure why this mod replaced every normal leather armor in the game. In my case, it even replaced the normal thief armor.
There is a patch included in the "Miscellaneous Patch Collection by Dispensation" mod.
It's under "Oblivion Content Restoration Project Patches - DisMiscPatch_OCRP_Original brown leather armor restored".

Hey, If someone could help me I would appreciate it. I'm experienced a bug where when I try to wait or sleep the time slider is stuck all the way to the right and at 0. I've read that it might have something to do with oblivion reloaded. I've tried changing the whole sleep mode in the ini but that doesn't fix it.
Does anyone know when it needs to be installed the file uploaded here "Assorte.ini files"? Reading the guide, Dispensation writes about it in the interface mods section after the mod NorthernUI but the .inis refers also to some mods which must be installed prior like Migck's Miscellaneous fixes and MigMaster either in Core section.
I'm assuming it's the one for NorthernUI Hi-Res local map. in which case, you drag the assorted.rar to wryebash, check hi-res local map in sub-packages, and install it.
In general, if a mod is asking for something to be installed afterwards from assorted.ini fixes, you can just keep dragging the entire download from this page when needed, and simply clicking the file the guide asks for in sub-packages.
I can't for the life of me get the game into a borderless windowed mode. I can find options in the ini for Oblivion Display Tweaks and in ORC for it, but neither do anything, I still get a border when in windowed mode.
For those of you using this guide, I just sat for the past 3 hours trying to figure out why my game was a purple and blue haze everywhere! I knew the cause from skyrim modding, it meant that there were missing textures so I tried hunting down the culprit but I had already gone so far in to the guide and I struggled to isolate the offending mod.
So I started from scratch and ended up at the end of the CORE section and retested the game only to find that the game was STILL blue and purple. but now I knew which mod it was. It was Oblivion Reloaded Combined.
The guide doesn't explain that you must NOT use the 194 version. I naturally just grabbed the latest version and then I read in this thread below that the version we should use is 1922.
The moment I used 1922, my game looked normal!
I hope this helps someone else save 3 hours of their life.
At the time, ORC 1.9.4 wasn't out, so there was no need to clarify that. Then, the guide stopped receiving updates, meaning any and all future ORC updates were never noticed by Dispensation (until recently)
There's also no need to go beyond ORC 1.9.2 (or 1.9.3).
Yh, I can understand that. Would just be nice if the guide explicitly stated the version.
Maybe someone else can take over the guide and try and keep it maintained. I know it's a big ask but there are still quite a few people that play oblivion.
