Before I started playing in english i had it on german and the use of pronouns is quite cryptic in that one. You will always be the Heroine of Kvatch for example, sometimes plural is used to make it gender unspecific and the rest assumes male pronouns
HELL YEAH s#*! like this always bothers me so much, such a slap in the face to anyone that plays these games that doesn't use he/him. Not to mention it describing godly beings beyond gender altogether
Counterpoint: Oblivion is a weird old game, so i'm gonna dip into it and replace every single loading screen entry that uses "they" with weird ol' "his"! >:)
Honestly though, both "his" and "they" work for me, so i don't think it's worth having yet another plugin to merge later.
So proper grammar is actually using the masculine when the gender is unknown. So, in reality, not the realms of Sheogorath, you've made a rather personal mod, not a "proper grammar" mod. I simply had to point out that no, the grammar isn't "wrong", you just don't like it. And that's okay, but you don't have to put down others to promote something you wanna promote.
Singular they has existed in English for hundreds of years, and even if this was correct why does the game switch between the two unknown pronouns all the time?
This is one of those rare mods where it actually makes sense because the Daedric Lords are actually genderless, but yet it seems so woke that I would feel dirty to actually use it.

Thank you for this. I just couldn't see myself playing without this mod, the game was unplayable for me. I would rather play at 20 fps with this mod than at 60 fps or more without this ESSENTIAL mod. How could I not see this before? This is the first mod anyone should install if they want to play this game!
