Took me a while to figure out why the mod wasn't working at all. Turns out it doesn't work if you don't sleep to level-up. If you have bInstantLevelUp set to "1" in your .ini file then change it back to 0 for this mod to work currently.
Yep, it’s tied to events that fire on sleep in order to catch the moments before and after you level up. I actually had no idea there was an ini setting to level up instantly, but I imagine it might be difficult to catch an instant level up without doing some undesirable polling.
Haven't use that ini option in a long time, as i found oblivion's way of handling level ups quite classy later on in my long journey with the game, but it's good to know it'll interfere with this.
