Details
=======
This mod is based off of the original Book Tracker created by wavion. The tracker has been rewritten to be as lightweight and CPU friendly as I can possibly make it in addition to no longer requiring you to carry around a book tracking item for the tracker to work.
Most of the work this mod does is during startup and when reloading a file. It is recommended to wait for at least a few seconds to ensure that everything has kicked in, especially if you're running a bunch of other mods that also want to start up during this time.
In version 1.1, a masterless .esp has been made to be the new default mod file that is compatible with Nehrim, and an .ini file has been added to allow for some customization of the exact phrase appended to a book's title. This will allow you to change the appended string to any combination of characters and symbols you want, even to other languages as long as the fonts are supported by your system.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are changing the phrase in the .ini to a language such as Russian or Japanese, you must re-encode the .ini file as ANSI in order for it to properly display in game.
==================
Incompatibilities
==================
Not exactly incompatible, but this mod won't play nicely with any mods that change the names of books and book objects in game.
=============
Known Issues
=============
-Books that are constantly being dynamically created such as the Factions Ratings note from Maskar's Oblivion Overhaul seem to absolutely refuse to remain marked as having been read.
-This mod will only track books that have been read after this mod has been activated meaning anything the player has read before the mod's activation won't be marked.
-If you were to open and close a book in less than 0.2 seconds then the script may not mark the book properly. Then again, can you really say a book has been read in under a fifth of a second?
