Not currently. The best thing you can do is record the values during character creation and use those to remake the character in Oblivion, provided you are using an UI mod in Oblivion that adds values to the sliders during character creation. DarnUI does this, but I can't verify for the rest of them. Granted, the races won't be exactly the same; I feel like Alemanne is closest to imperial, Normanne = Nord, and half-aeterna is probably close to a bosmer or altmer. The Korinther race which is nonplayable is closest to Redguard. You will also need an alt tab fixer, such as Oblivion Display Tweaks and/or OneTweak to switch back and forth from the game to the document.
You may also have a hard time matching up eyes and hairs depending on the mods you are using. The Steam version of Nehrim has Oblivion Character Overhaul v2 built-in so if you are using that version, you'll also want to use OCOv2 without the .esp and hair and eye mods that closely resemble your character because OCOv2 is incompatible with hair/eye mods. Unless for some reason you have OCOv2 and CCO merge, which is Oblivion Character Overhaulv2 and Cosmetic Character Overhaul merged together, which is no longer on the nexus.
You can use my utility sheet for this. Just copy and paste the document in the spoiler into wordpad or Office:

Oblivion Character Face Dimensions Utility Sheet
(For importing into Nehrim &vice versa). An UI mod such as Darn UI is needed in order to read the values that Oblivion gives for character creation. Press tilde (~),and type showracemenu to bring up character creation.
Sliders in Nehrim have a 100 point scale where the values range from 0 to 100 whereas in Oblivion has a 2000 point scale, in which the values range from -1000 to 1000.
The formula for conversion would look like this: x/100= y/2000 with a 20 digit variance between each value. For instance, 1 in nehrim is equal to -980 in Oblivion, and 2 is -960 etc. If the resulting number from this formula is less than 1000, subtract 1000 from it to get the negative number. If the number is above 1000, subtract a thousand (or just remove the first 1). Zero is equal to -1000 while 100 is equal to 1000.
Example: Recorded Value = 50 (Nehrim), Converted value in brackets = [0{1000-1000=0}] (Oblivion)

In order to save the character properly, hit escape while on the showracemenu screen and then type in the console save "Your saved game" (without the quotes).
This will require some formatting to get the text to appear correctly as in WIP. Doing this should get you a character that at the very least resembles the one you used in Nehrim.
Thanks for the info, much appreciated. I was wondering, would it be easy to use this instead and use commands to complete all the quests I have completed, granted giving myself the same stats and gear probably wouldn't be that easy, though not needed either.
I wouldn't recommend it for a save you care about. From what I understand because I have not used the mod Nehrim messes with some things in Oblivion such as the guards and the leveling system. I believe the leveling system from Nehrim takes over entirely, which would make it impossible to further level up because nothing in Oblivion is programmed to give exp, which halts leveling. Also, the guards behave as they did in Nehrim and the dialog topic rumors behaves in the same fashion. There might be more quirks as well. If you are interested in testing it, make a backup save of your current Oblivion and use the non-omod version instead of this one (OBMM can break your mods).
How easy is it to convert mods made for Nehrim to Nehrimblivion or mods for Nehrimblivion to be used with Nehrim?.... Is it just a matter of changing the masters?
Thanks a lot brother for your major accomplishment in figuring out how to do this. I find Nehrim is quite an amazing piece of work and I likely would have missed it if You hadn't made this merged mod. Thanks
Hello everyone, is there a way to run nehrimoblivion together with Oblivion XP? When I start to level up through the diary, I have no points to allocate and all attributes and abilities are set to 10. Otherwise the level up menu cannot be opened. Thank you.
There are still a lot of things that haven't been translated into English, for example all of the GREETINGS and most of the popup boxes with text. Can someone PLEASE translate the missing stuff?

"1) The first load in obmm shouldn't include nehrimdata.esp and language pack."
When I ignored that step, I didn't notice any difference.
also not everything has been translated.
Thanks
