Added support for 'non-vanilla' Endurance values (i.e. Endurance that is higher than in actually achievable through vanilla mechanics at your correct level). Health will now be capped at the highest vanilla value (accounting for gamesetting changes), and adjust accordingly as you level up, always giving you the optimum.
