Just tried it, works like a Charm! I would have liked more screenshots before trying (Or at least a well lit one) but never the less this is a quality mod that will improve my Oblivion experience. - Thank you! (Will endorse as soon as it lets me)
It will conflict, as in probably whichever of the two is loaded last will decide on how the staffs look, so if you load mine last they will look how i envisioned it, if you load his, well whatever staffs are changed by him will show up like that, my changes though are purely cosmetic so any mod that changes enchants and effects shouldn't affect them and should be compatible. They also don't use the vanilla paths, thus making it easy to remove or by looking up the names you can even easily replace some with other preferred staff models. Hope this helps.
