   I'am currently using OSU Oblivion Scaling Unclusterfucked with this mod and could not be happier ! As I was reading the description i was like "oh no I like this mod but it will probably conflict with OSU" NOPE! thanks again dude cheers mate

   This mod will make the game a lot easier since you will get twice as much skills points/level up while all NPCs still get as little as before.

      Precisely why i recommended using it with a mod that delevel's the world and also with an increased damage mod of any kind, what difficulty you're using this mod on is up to you, whether you want to use it for balancing or cheating, but i personally recommend 60+
