Smooth Grass
Smooth Grass tweaks the vanilla grass textures to better blend in with the ground, i.e. less sharp edges in contrast with the ground
(comparison in pictures).

The grass' sharp edges where they touch the ground has bugged me for quite a while and I finally decided to search for a mod to remedy it but found nothing. So I dipped my feet into texture editing for the first time and I was pleased with the result. I thinned out the textures at the base of the grass to soften the sharp lines.

There should be no performance impact.

Currently tweaks grass types in The West Weald, the Gold Coast and the Colovian Highlands. The two latter ones are very slight changes.

Bug: Apparently my mod makes the flowery kinds of grass in the West Weald, Gold Coast and Colovian Highlands retain their colours better when distant, though I think it looks nice.

Largely compatible with anything, eg. short Grass V3, RPG-BlackDragons LowTriPolyGrass and LowPoly Grass.
Would only conflict with mods that replace the textures of Sagegrass.

History (YYYY/MM/DD)
0.3, 2017/03/03 - Changed approach to West Weald grass: Recoloured the base of the grass to match ground, instead of making grass thinner.
0.2, 2017/08/10 - Tweaked Sagegrass thicker. Added grass types in the Gold Coast and the Colovian Highlands, though the difference is not as noticable.
0.1, 2017/08/04 - Added Sagegrass
