*************************************** BETTER CITIES - OOO ADAPTATION *******************************************

**** REQUIREMENTS ****

- Better Cities (v. 6 or later)
- Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul

**** DESCRIPTION ****

The original patch just took care of some basic issues between both mods. No effort had been made so far, to my knowledge, to make a true adaptation of Better Cities to OOO's world.
Basically this means all NPCs have capped levels; if I could see, because they are involved in some quests or they are supposed to be tough, that they should be made stronger, I did.
I noticed that some NPCs in BC have very ridiculous stats, for some reason. Some characters have +1000 health with no apparent explanation. Not anymore. I made everything more realistic
within the game's world and specially within OOO.
I also made a couple of more changes, mostly regarding items. Apparently BC has some very powerful armor (like daedric) lying around the imperial city. For the moment (unless I see it's
really hard to obtain or something) I decided to give to that armor the stats of Ebony Armor, since in OOO daedric armor is supposed to be very difficult to find.

**** DETAILS ****

All guards scaled like they are in OOO, with the same health boosts they get in OOO. Always according to their rank or city.
Wall Archers have less health boost than most guards, but their level often scales slightly higher.
Ebony and daedric equipment has been removed, and changed for not as powerful one, from some NPCs.
No more characters with ridiculous level or stats.
Spells added to some mage characters that had none (while ironically they tended to have overpowered stats).
Amazon equipment from better cities has stats more similar to OOO - less powerful.
All the items from better cities that were as powerful as daedra or glass, have been made only as powerful as ebony or elven - or less.
The Palace Armor added by BC has been made as powerful as my modification of the vanilla Palace Armor in my mod "OOO improvements and tweaks".
At the moment I did not touch the added weapons much. One should rely on Better Cities - MOBS for that, although maybe I will incorporate that mod into mine and do some tweaks.
Pegasus equipment from BC will not show up anymore. Hopefully I deleted all the references. The reason: it already exists in OOO, even though with a different name and stats.
Kukri in BC replaced for the OOO version.
Creatures from BC adapted to OOO (drop items, stats and limited level scaling)

**** INSTALATION ****

Extract the file into the Oblivion/Data folder.
Load it at the same place where you would load the original "Better Cities Full - OOO.esp", which you should replace for this one.

**** HELP NEEDED ****

If you notice other items which are already present in OOO, or some stats which (because I didn't do most quests) are not really in accordance with what should be going on, or something else that could be done to
further adapt BC to OOO, please tell me.
