Glad I came across this. Fixed a problem for me when using Oblivion Reloaded 7 with any harvestable flora showing up as super bright at night when viewed from different angles.
Betty, in what way did you change the alpha properties? I'd like to try the same trick with smoke (from AWLS), which in foggy weather is unbearably black, and at night could be a little less vibrantly white... Thanks for the flora fix
A pleasure It will not work the way I did it. My settings make solid and invisible only, transparency is not possible. But The original plats had no problem for me in normal fog. The problem was things like mist, sandstorms and such. Maybe you could copy the alpha from a plant to your smoke?
Hey maczopikczo, If this little trick works can you please post about it somewhere? I'd like to see this change as well but have never fiddled with alpha properties.

@Mac: Did you manage to get the smoke changed?
Thanks for the flora fix
