    New version is up made specifically for De Rerum Dirennis - Alchemy Overhaul since it changes how the effects of all alchemy apparatus are calculated. It comes in 2 versions:
    v 1.0 uses icons from Icons for Alchemy Apparatus and therefore requires that mod. It will save you an esp slot.
    v 1.1 uses default icons for the alchemy apparatuses.

    If you do not use De Rerum Dirennis - Alchemy Overhaul then use the old 1.1 version for vanilla apparatus calculations.

    Good mod, but appears to have a small issue in the newest version where it tries to change the icons to those from Icons for Alchemy Apparatus. I use that mod as well so I don't mind but if you don't you'll be left with no icons.

      Thanks for telling me. I had forgotten that I'd made that change to save an esp slot.
      I'll upload another version for those who doesn't use that mod

    This mod seems about right.  Those feeble potions at the beginning with vanilla don't make sense since you can easily find or buy much better ones.

    Version history:

    1.0: Initial version with a small undocumented increase to the weight of the apparati.
    1.1: This version is without the additional weight of the apparati.

    What are the "2 small bugs" this mod fixes? I don't see them mentioned in the description?

      Odd. I must have removed that by by accident when I edited the text last time.
      Anyway, here is the answer:


      - Novice Alembic may increase the magnitude and duration of negative side effects by as much as 15%. (Note that they are supposed to decrease negative effects, not increase them).

      - An Expert quality Alembic is sufficient to ensure that all negative side effects always have the magnitude and duration of 1; upgrading to a Master quality Alembic causes no further improvement.

      With my changes to Alembics these 2 bugs cannot actualize, since the Quality of the Alembics are changed to: 25 - 35 - 45 - 55- 65 (from Novice to Master).

    Another rebalance mod, I love mods like that

    Glad there are people who still enjoy immersive gameplay, not some little girls in dresses killing monsters from different planets in Cyrodill!

    btw. is it "compatible" with overhauls? By compatible I mean that the changes made by for exemple OOO to alchemy won't nerf it too much, so that hand made potions will be useless?

      Your comment just reminded me that I forgot to add a little blurp about compatibility. I'll update the description. OOO users should be fine since as I recall the changes to alchemy are minor with OOO.

      I would say that the main change OOO makes to potions is that many of them are effect-over-time, rather than instant.
