It is by the lake shore north west of Imperial City. It is just on the hill behind Verona Bay if you use that mod (Verona house bloodlines, https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/36389 )
Great village. Love the level of detail and the whole style of the village. You did a really great job on it. Would be nice if you could rework the trading goods of Velmis Viandus. I think some beer and wine would match. Keep up this great work.
Very interesting village with unique hillside design. Kudos. It does unfortunately conflict with Verona House: Bloodlines which also adds a large village on the other side of the road.
I would respectfully suggest giving the mod a cleanup with Tes4Edit. There are a number of unnecessary edits leftover.
Just DL'd the new version there still a number of wild edits, deleted objects, and identical to master objects, but i like the look and style of the village well done indeed.
it conflicts a little bit with my mod Griffin Talon's Armory, but that's easy to fix
Hmm, these conflicts are not visible in my game. Probably 'cause I don't use any other mods that affect that area. I made sure it's situated somewhere it won't conflict with Unique Landscapes (my favourite mods ;-D).
Sorry that I can't fix that from here, I don't really have a lot of experience with these kind of problems. Thanks for letting me know anyhow.
nice village beginnings. among my few concerns is the realistic layout. would a farmer bring his cart up a stairway to the village square? along the way, walking on the rooftops of shack house structures. some of the buildings are hard to distinguish if a home or shop. also, the fact that numerous items in homes are not flagged "stolen" would need editing.

I have cleaned the file with Tes4Edit, and reuploaded it as version 1.01. Should be up soon

the conflict with my mod is easily fixed by removing the landscape edits that intersect with the two mods
