Here's a full list of abilities that NPCs and Creatures can recieve.

Powers = On a Cooldown (Usually 60 Seconds)

Faction Abilities - Given to the Vanilla Major Factions

(1) Adrenaline Rush - (Power), Lasts 12 Secs
Used by: Arena Members, Yellow Team Arena Members
- Fortify Agility/Strength 10
- Weakness to Magic/Normal Weapons 25
- Restore Fatigue 200 (instant)
- Restore Health 1 (Total of 12 over 12 Seconds)

(2) Cripple - (Power, Targeted), Lasts 30 seconds
Used by: Fighters Guild Members, Blades, Blackwood Company Members
- Drain Speed 20
- Weakness to Normal Weapons 25%

(3) Invisibility - (Power), Lasts 5 seconds
Used by: Dark Brotherhood Members, Thieves Guild Members
- Invisibility

(4) Magic Cripple - (Power, Targeted), Lasts 30 seconds
Used by: Mages Guild Members
- Drain Speed 20
- Weakness to Magic 25%




Universal Buffs - Given to NPCs/Creatures at player lvl 1, 10, and 20

- A gold/silver nugget, a gem, random jewelry, scales (clutter), or a weight (clutter)
- Player must have at least 6 or more gold stolen to get an item
- The spell also affects NPCs, but they only will produce items if they
have more than 0 gold

Birthsigns
==========
In Normal mode, most birthsigns mimic their Vanilla counterparts.
If you have a birthsign altering mod, NPCs won't recieve those.
I just made copies of the originals for compatibility issues.

Changed:
(1) Lover's Kiss (Power)
- Paralyze (2 secs) opposed to the original 10
- Charm 5 (30 secs)
- Damage Fatigue 120 (self)

(2) Shadow (Power)
- Invisibility (15 secs) opposed to the original 60

Note: These are weaker than usual, most are only half as effective as the player's
Ones that scale depend on the NPC's level, NOT the player's.
